Job Description
To ensure governance and build good relations between the ICTS and the CPUT business and departments. The function fosters governance across ICTS by establishing processes, procedures, and policies. The function ensures that ICTS meet business needs by improving services and managing change and problems.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Systems or an equivalent qualification.
- Certification in ITIL and CoBIT are recommended.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in ICT Governance (Processes, Procedures, and Policies).
- Experience working in an academic environment would be advantageous.
