Job Description
Remote - South Africa Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM MST/PST $1,500 - $1,700 USD/month (Depending on Experience) Independent Contractor
About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Care Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for all clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and valued throughout the entire project journey. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills, with a focus on proactive updates, issue resolution, and creating a 5 star customer experience. The Customer Care Specialist will serve as the customer's advocate, coordinating with internal departments, de escalating issues, and making sure every client ends their project happy and confident in our company.
Key Responsibilities- Be the go to for all client communication
- De escalate upset customers with professionalism and empathy
- Collect all necessary information from customers and route it to the right departments
- Send customers warranties, cleaning guides, and preparation checklists
- Call every active customer once a week with project updates
- Be the customer's "hero" ensuring they always feel heard and cared for
- ️ Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
- ️ Previous experience in customer service or client facing roles
- ️ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- ️ Patient, empathetic, and solution oriented
- ️ Comfortable working across teams to ensure smooth project execution
