Chemical Manufacturing Company in Cape Town has an opportunity available for a Customer Service Agent / Telesales Consultant who will report to the Sales Admin Manager.

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) with certificate and/or other tertiary qualification in CRM will be an advantage
  • Certificate in selling skills will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of two-three (2-3) years' experience from a UK-based call centre, both inbound and outbound
  • Sales track record - beneficial
  • In person sales/ retail experience - will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), computerized and ordering systems, and knowledge of Navision will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Contacting existing and prospective customers telephonically via an outbound call with the aim of selling the company's products and services
  • Ensuring the company meets its business objectives through sound Marketing and Public Relations opportunities

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
