IntroductionARE YOU OUR NEXT CSD AGENT? The CSD Agent will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring a smooth delivery process on behalf of City Logistics ensuring Customer satisfaction.
YOUR CORE FOCUS AREAS:
- Customer Service Planning.
- Co-ordination of deliveries between client and delivery points.
- Follow up on customer shipments until delivered.
- KPI measurement and reporting for customers.
- Providing quality customer service to clients.
- Compile and Manage CSD Reports.
- Client visits as and when required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12/Matric
- A customer service-related qualification would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge and previous experience working in Customer Service with at least one year experience in the logistics industry.
- Knowledge of Operations Planning.
- Good working experience and sound knowledge of CSD software.
- Willing to work Saturdays, public holidays and long hour shifts.
- Own reliable vehicle is essential.
- Code 08/EB Driver's license essential.
