Customer Service Advisor - German & English
Job Description
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support an international online retail client. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support through multiple channels while ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries in German, providing accurate and professional support
Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and general account-related questions
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while meeting service quality standards
Document interactions clearly using internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
RequirementsGerman language proficiency between B2 and C2 (written and spoken)
Good command of English for internal communication
Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
Retail experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a customer-focused and fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate support systems
Work Schedule24/7 rotational shifts
Shift patterns may include nights, weekends, and public holidays
