What is the job?

Are you a CRM expert looking for your next challenge in a fast-growing and transformative industry? We're seeking a CRM Lead to play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through strategic CRM innovation.

What will you be doing?

You will lead the development and execution of CRM strategies across the full lifecycle to maximise patient retention, customer lifetime value, and conversion. You'll collaborate across pharmacy, marketing, clinical, and customer service teams to elevate the patient journey at every stage.

  • Design and execute multi channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, in app messaging)
  • Develop lifecycle strategies to boost retention, engagement, and LTV
  • Optimise CRM systems for data capture, segmentation, and journey personalisation
  • Implement and monitor A/B testing frameworks with actionable performance tracking
  • Translate complex data into audience insights and predictive models
  • Own CRM reporting and share insights to improve cross functional performance
  • Build CRM automations triggered by events, behavioural signals, and risk profiles
  • Launch feedback loops, journey surveys, and churn prevention strategies
  • Identify upsell, cross sell and reactivation opportunities
  • Provide training and governance on CRM best practices and platform usage

What do you need?

  • 5+ years' experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing roles
  • Strong track record in building and executing high performing CRM strategies
  • Expert level knowledge of CRM platforms such as Braze, with automation and analytics
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, data flows, and journey mapping
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally in fast paced and regulated industries
  • Comfortable working hands on with tools and integrating with analytics/BI teams
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated environments
  • Knowledge of EU/ UK GDPR, consent management, and data protection compliance.
  • Familiarity with predictive modelling, propensity scoring, or churn risk analysis.
  • Experience with customer journey orchestration and personalisation frameworks
  • Understanding of social listening, review integration, and feedback loops
