COUPLE- Field Guide and FOH

a luxury 5-star destination in the Greater Kruger National Park is seeking a dedicated and passionate Field Guide & FOH Couple to join our team. They offer an intimate, high-end guest experience on the banks of the Olifants River, and we are looking for a couple that embodies warm South African hospitality and world-class professionalism.

The successful candidate will lead immersive safari experiences, sharing deep bush knowledge and ensuring guest safety in a Big 5 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct twice-daily game drives and guided bush walks.
• Provide engaging and educational interpretations of local flora, fauna, and ecosystems.
• Maintain vehicles and guiding equipment to the highest standards.
• Assist with guest hosting and social media content creation.

Requirements:

• NQF2
• Valid PrDP and Driver's License.
• Valid First Aid Level 1 or higher.
• Registration with the National Department of Tourism (NDT).

This role focuses on delivering exceptional Guest Service.

• Guest Journey Management: Overseeing seamless check-ins/check-outs, managing reservations, and acting as the primary "host" during meals and leisure time.
• Team Leadership: Scheduling, training, and motivating the housekeeping, waitstaff, and laundry teams to maintain world-class standards.
• Operational Standards: Randomly inspecting guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, ambiance, and maintenance readiness.
• Administrative Precision: Handling monthly stocktakes, managing petty cash, and generating reports on occupancy and guest feedbacK.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of luxury lodge FOH experience.
• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera, Panstrat, ETC.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills, including computer literacy.
• Professional, neat appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills.
