Job Description

Reference: 10305 AV Consultant: Anneke Viviers Job Description:
  1. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify cost drivers and areas for improvement:
    1. Contractors, Mileage & expense claims - Quoted vs Actuals vs Billed
    2. Fuel tracking on vehicles
    3. Analysis of overhead costs
    4. Actual vs Budget & variance report.
    5. Liase with Project Manager /Admin to determine over/unders on all projects
    6. Investigate overs & request client to be billed if needs be
    7. Calculate all department's labor costs to ensure our pricing is accurate
    8. Calculate all relevant department mileage costs to ensure our pricing is accurate
    9. Play an active role in costing new & services
    10. Play an active role in determining selling prices
    11. Ensuring Master cost sheet is accurate & up to date
    12. Ensuring Service cost sheet is up to date
  2. Implement and monitor cost control measures to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  3. Ensure that strategy is in place to achieve the required level.
  4. Full insurance function.
  5. As and when required by CEO or CFO.
Qualifications:
  1. Accounting Related Qualification (CA(SA), CIMA,) or working towards
  2. 4+ years' experience in accounting
  3. Xero & Cin 7core
