MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Address client staffing requests and coordinate placements/cancellations of MHR Panel Members

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12

DESIRED EDUCATION: None

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

Experience working in an hospital environment

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

3 - 6 months Call Centre experience

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Nursing and Admin structures and scope of practices
  • Computer literate with strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills and the ability to learn new systems
  • Exceptional client service skills and sound client service experience
  • Well organised with exceptional planning and administrative skills
