MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo address client staffing requests and placements. To monitor own performance to ensure excellent client service is provided.To address client staffing requests and placements. To monitor own performance to ensure excellent client service is provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASAddress client staffing requests and coordinate placements/cancellations of MHR Panel Members
REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12
DESIRED EDUCATION: None
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Experience working in an hospital environment
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
3 - 6 months Call Centre experience
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE- Nursing and Admin structures and scope of practices
- Computer literate with strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Exceptional client service skills and sound client service experience
- Well organised with exceptional planning and administrative skills
