Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To manage a team of coordinators to ensure adequate placement of competent MHR agency members at our MHR clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
  • Lead a team of coordinators
  • Ensure an effective staff placement service is provided to our clients
  • Compile month end reports and address deviations
  • Assist in growing the business and engaging with clients
  • Manage code of conduct
REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:

Diploma or degree in Nursing

Diploma or a degree in EMC

DESIRED EDUCATION:

  • Diploma or a degree in Management
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

At least 2-3 years as a Registered Nurse or ALS in a managerial role

Experience in the Healthcare industry

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

Experience in the temporary employment services industry

Experience in staff recruitment and selection

Experience in investigating and managing near miss events

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of healthcare professions' structure and scope of practice, e.g., nursing and emergency services
  • Code of conduct: knowledge and application in the workplace
  • Familiar with relevant legislation such as the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and Labour Relations Act (LRA), and the ability to apply this in the workplace
  • Demonstrate exceptional client service skills and the ability to pursue potential clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Good computer skills, the ability to learn new systems
