Job Description
To manage a team of coordinators to ensure adequate placement of competent MHR agency members at our MHR clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS- Lead a team of coordinators
- Ensure an effective staff placement service is provided to our clients
- Compile month end reports and address deviations
- Assist in growing the business and engaging with clients
- Manage code of conduct
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
Diploma or degree in Nursing
Diploma or a degree in EMC
DESIRED EDUCATION:
- Diploma or a degree in Management
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
At least 2-3 years as a Registered Nurse or ALS in a managerial role
Experience in the Healthcare industry
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in the temporary employment services industry
Experience in staff recruitment and selection
Experience in investigating and managing near miss events
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of healthcare professions' structure and scope of practice, e.g., nursing and emergency services
- Code of conduct: knowledge and application in the workplace
- Familiar with relevant legislation such as the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and Labour Relations Act (LRA), and the ability to apply this in the workplace
- Demonstrate exceptional client service skills and the ability to pursue potential clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Good computer skills, the ability to learn new systems
