Job Description:
- Consult with SMEs to understand their current operational workflows, inventory challenges, and system gaps.
- Translate technical ERP functionality into practical, business-friendly solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Provide feedback from client to the product and marketing teams to help improve the offering and go-to-market messaging.
- Support resellers, accountants, and implementation partners as needed.
- Collect, configure, and implement client's data.
- Testing and reporting system issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Inventory and Accounting management systems - you've either implemented or worked within one before.
- Familiarity with cloud accounting platforms - Xero experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Inventory systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident to offer solution-based advice.
- Digital literate with knowledge in MS Office 365 (Excel).
- Self-starter with strong initiative and time management skills.
- Tertiary qualification / certification.
