Conveyancing Secretary
Job Description
Well-established conveyancing firm based in Somerset West, has a vacancy for a junior conveyancing secretary with at least 1 year experience join their dynamic team in Somerset West from July 2026 - December 2026.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a conveyancing secretary is ESSENTIAL
- Currently residing in the Somerset West or the immediate surroundings
- Working knowledge of Lexis Nexis
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Conveyancing secretary
- Liaise with clients, estate agents and other legal entities by mail and phone
- Maintain electronic filing system
- Schedule appointments and manage diary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails
- General office administration duties such as ordering of stationery and kitchen supplies
