OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware marketing professional to provide execution-focused support across multiple high-profile events.
This contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality marketing activity, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and works confidently with multiple stakeholders.
The successful candidate will support a minimum of three events, with responsibilities applying to each event they are assigned to. You will play a key role in ensuring marketing campaigns are executed smoothly, assets are delivered on time, and communications align with brand standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Execution (Per Event)
- Produce 2-3 social media posts per week
- Drive LinkedIn engagement across company pages and key stakeholders
- Write compelling email copy including announcements, reminders, and nurture campaigns
- Adapt existing content for targeted audiences
- Coordinate media partner requirements including copy and assets
- Develop sponsor decks and sales enablement materials
- Update website content such as speakers, agendas, and partner information
- Source, edit, and caption images for social channels
Campaign Coordination (Per Event)
- Tailor and manage marketing workflows within the
- Maintain deadlines, approvals, and asset tracking
- Ensure all work follows established sign-off processes
- Provide weekly progress updates
- Liaise with internal teams, producers, sponsors, speakers, and partners
- Confidently step into live campaigns and drive delivery without extensive onboarding
Desirable (Not Essential)
- PPC setup, monitoring, and optimisation
- Proven experience in a marketing execution role, ideally supporting campaigns or events
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working within structured workflows and approval processes
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Available to start within the required contract timeframe (immediate availability is advantageous)
- Marketing activities are delivered accurately and on schedule for each assigned event
- Campaign assets meet brand and quality standards
- Deadlines, approvals, and workflows are consistently maintained
- Stakeholders feel informed, supported, and confident in delivery
- You contribute to well-executed, high-impact events
To ensure clarity, this position is focused on campaign delivery rather than full ownership.

- No post-event analytics or reporting unless separately agreed

- Shared folders used for asset storage and version control
- All work must align with brand voice and quality standards
- Deliverables must be accurate and completed within agreed timelines
