Job Description

About Us

Surreal is where the world's leading talent manages their AI likeness. We're still under wraps, but thrilled to share more with you privately.

The Role

We're looking for a virtual assistant to help support our remotely distributed team. Some of the functions you might do include:

  1. Content Moderation: Review the content flagged by our systems to decide if our customers need to be alerted about deep fakes or other questionable content.
  2. Take Down: Submit policy breaking content for takedown to each social media platform.
  3. Research: Track and maintain databases of notable AI generated content.
  4. Content Creation: Create blog posts or internal daily reports summarizing the sentiment and insights of posts featuring our customers.
  5. Sales & Marketing: Collect and create assets that may be used in sales pitches and other collateral.
About You

We're looking for the following qualities:

  1. Detail Oriented: You are thorough, complete, and accurate when executing tasks.
  2. Hustle: Can easily work around roadblocks to find another solution. You don't give up easily, you don't waste time doing things the hard way. This job won't always be fun, in fact, the majority will be repetitive work but you have the fortitude to power through.
  3. Empathy: You understand the intent and goal of the client, customer, team member and can deliver towards that goal rather than being overly focused on a specific instruction.
  4. Communicative: You're great at written and verbal communication and do not hesitate to reach out with questions. You can easily go from chat to email to a loom video when needed.
