Content Editor (Social & Short-Form Video)

We are looking for an experienced Content Editor to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will focus primarily on editing short-form content for social media, with some responsibility for longer-form content where required.
The ideal candidate understands how fashion content performs across platforms, has a strong eye for pacing and aesthetics, and knows how to edit content in a way that is optimised for each platform's algorithm while staying true to brand identity.
Key Responsibilities- Edit short-form video content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant social channels
- Edit and support longer-form content when required (e.g. campaign videos, brand stories, interviews)
- Optimise content edits for platform-specific algorithms, formats, and audience behaviour
- Shape content to maximise engagement through strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and creative direction
- Work closely with the marketing, social, and creative teams to deliver high-quality content
- Stay up to date with platform trends, content formats, and algorithm changes
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and consistency
- Proven experience editing short-form content for social media, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and how content should be edited for optimal performance on each platform
- Ability to adapt editing style to suit different platforms and content goals
- Excellent visual and editorial judgment, with a strong sense of pacing and flow
- Confident working with industry-standard editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team
