Job Title: Content Creator (Social Media & Video)

Location: Remote

Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST-PST)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Content Creator to produce engaging, creative video and social media content designed to connect with audiences and build brand presence. This role is highly hands-on and creator-led, with a strong emphasis on originality, trends, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging short-form video and social content for social platforms

  • Ideate and execute content aligned with brand voice and social trends

  • Film, edit, and publish content in a consistent and timely manner

  • Adapt creative concepts for different platforms and formats

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Social teams on content themes and campaigns

  • Monitor engagement and iterate on content ideas based on performance

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience creating social media and video content for brands or businesses

  • Strong creative instincts and understanding of social media trends

  • Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered

  • Comfortable managing content creation independently from concept to publish

  • Strong attention to detail and brand alignment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Comfort appearing on camera or directing on-camera talent

  • Experience creating UGC-style or creator-led content

  • Familiarity with social analytics and engagement metrics

Tools & Technology
  • Video Editing: CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar

  • Design: Canva

  • Social Platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn

  • Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
