Location: ZA, GP, Roodepoort, 4 Ellis Street
To manage, assess, and finalise motor insurance claims in accordance with policy terms, regulatory requirements, and company standards. The role focuses on delivering a fair customer experience while mitigating risk and proactively identifying and addressing fraudulent claims.
QualificationsType of Qualification: Diploma
Field of Study: Certificate in Short Term Insurance or an equivalent FAIS accredited NQF Level 5 qualification
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years insurance industry experience. Minimum of 2 years call centre/telephone experience required. Insurance product knowledge of at least 1 product for an Insurance Consultant.
