CONFERENCE & EVENTS COORDINATOR

We're looking for a high-performance Conference & Events Coordinator to join our vibrant destination resort team in the heart of the Waterberg.

This is not a "sit-behind-a-desk" job.
This is a live, breathe, execute and elevate kind of role.

Zebula Golf Estate & Spa is a premium destination resort offering large-scale conferences, corporate retreats, incentive groups, weddings and special events - all set in a spectacular bushveld environment.

We operate in a high-volume, destination-driven environment where detail, timing and guest experience are everything.

You must:

• Hold a Hotel School Diploma or equivalent hospitality qualification
• Have proven experience in a high-volume destination conference environment
• Be self-motivated, target-driven and incentive-focused
• Be confident managing large corporate groups from proposal to execution
• Have strong, verifiable references from: Corporate clients, Travel trade / agents
• Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Be highly organised, calm under pressure and solution-driven
• Be willing and happy to live and work in a remote environment
• Be passionate about service excellence and guest experience

This is a single live-in between shifts position.

• Managing conferences and events from enquiry to billing
• Coordinating accommodation, F&B, banqueting, décor and AV
• Conducting site inspections and client presentations
• Working closely with operations, kitchen and golf teams
• Driving revenue through upselling and incentive targets
• Ensuring flawless execution on event days
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and travel trade clients
