We're looking for a high-performance Conference & Events Coordinator to join our vibrant destination resort team in the heart of the Waterberg.
This is not a "sit-behind-a-desk" job.
This is a live, breathe, execute and elevate kind of role.
Zebula Golf Estate & Spa is a premium destination resort offering large-scale conferences, corporate retreats, incentive groups, weddings and special events - all set in a spectacular bushveld environment.
We operate in a high-volume, destination-driven environment where detail, timing and guest experience are everything.
What We're Looking ForYou must:
- Hold a Hotel School Diploma or equivalent hospitality qualification
- Have proven experience in a high-volume destination conference environment
- Be self-motivated, target-driven and incentive-focused
- Be confident managing large corporate groups from proposal to execution
- Have strong, verifiable references from: Corporate clients, Travel trade / agents
- Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Be highly organised, calm under pressure and solution-driven
- Be willing and happy to live and work in a remote environment
- Be passionate about service excellence and guest experience
This is a single live-in between shifts position.
What You'll Be Doing- Managing conferences and events from enquiry to billing
- Coordinating accommodation, F&B, banqueting, décor and AV
- Conducting site inspections and client presentations
- Working closely with operations, kitchen and golf teams
- Driving revenue through upselling and incentive targets
- Ensuring flawless execution on event days
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and travel trade clients
