A strategic opportunity is available for a commercially driven leader to oversee and optimise retail performance across multiple channels. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving margins, and executing data-driven commercial strategies, while aligning sales, marketing, and operational functions in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA advantageous)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior commercial, sales, or retail leadership role
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and commercial performance
  • Strong experience in retail environments, including pricing, promotions, and category management
  • Solid understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, and analytics systems (SAP advantageous)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to travel regionally as required
