Commercial Manager

• Define and steer the medium- and long term commercial strategy
• Lead multi segment sales teams (Modern Trade, Proximity Stores, Food Service)
• Manage strategic negotiations with purchasing groups and key accounts
• Ensure the achievement of commercial targets in a competitive environment
• Coordinate commercial actions with the Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics departments

• Education: Master's degree level (Bac +4/5) in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent
• Experience: 8-10 years of commercial experience in the FMCG/retail sector, with proven senior management or commercial leadership experience
• Commercial Expertise: Strong negotiation and communication skills, solid understanding of FMCG pricing, margins, promotions, and distribution channels
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel, BI, market intelligence) and strong business/result orientation
• Operational Skills: Project management abilities, ability to work cross functionally, and possession of a valid driving licence
