A fast-growing international logistics powerhouse is looking for the next generation of Commercial Heavyweights to join their Cape Town operations.

This is a 30-month accelerated pathway designed to transform high-potential graduates into Senior Commercial Leaders. Whether you are a natural "Hunter" (New Business) or a strategic "Harvester" (Account Management), they will provide the global platform; you provide the velocity.
ResponsibilitiesPhase 1: Commercial Sourcing (The Hunter)
- Identify: Target and qualify high-value leads within our global product portfolio.
- Engage: Secure face-to-face and virtual pitch meetings with C-suite decision-makers.
- Build: Manage a high-velocity sales pipeline, using commercial intel to quote and win.
Phase 2: Client Excellence (The Relationship Builder)
- Advise: Act as the strategic commercial lead for a dedicated client portfolio.
- Review: Lead monthly business reviews to ensure 100% service excellence.
- Expand: Proactively identify "upsell" opportunities to deepen account revenue.
Phase 3: Operational Mastery (The Foundation)
- Sync: Collaborate with customs and internal ops to ensure flawless cargo delivery.
- Execute: Manage the end-to-end service cycle, ensuring documentation is surgical in its accuracy.
- Analyze: Use KPIs to sharpen your commercial strategy and keep clients ahead of the curve.
THE 30-MONTH GROWTH PATHWAY
The roadmap is transparent and performance-linked. They invest in you, and as your impact grows, so does your package.
- Months 1-6 (The Foundation): R31,000 pm. Master the operational pulse of Air, Sea, or Road freight.
- Months 6-18 (The Transition): R36,000 pm + Bonus. Move into a permanent BDM or CAM role based on your strengths and business requirements.
- Months 18-30 (The Specialist): R40,000 pm + Bonus. Own your portfolio and drive strategy.
- Months 30+ (The Leader): R45,000 pm + Bonus. Senior BDM / CAM status with leadership opportunities.
