Job Description

A leading renewable energy IPP is seeking a Contracts Manager to take ownership of contractual management across operational assets and construction projects.

This role will focus on enforcing contractual rights, managing risk, and supporting project and asset teams across a portfolio of renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enforce O&M agreements, OEM contracts, and service agreements
  • Oversee contractual relationships with contractors, operators, off-takers, and grid stakeholders
  • Draft and review contractual notices, correspondence, and communications
  • Support contract administration across EPC, BOP, TSA, and early works contracts
  • Assess and manage claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOTs)
  • Support dispute avoidance and resolution processes
  • Identify, manage, and elevate contractual risks
  • Maintain and improve contract management systems, trackers, and record-keeping
  • Provide contractual guidance to asset management and project teams
  • Ensure compliance with project agreements and commercial obligations
Qualifications
  • Admission as an Attorney
Experience
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience
  • Strong experience in O&M and construction contract management
  • Exposure to EPC, BOP, and renewable energy projects (IPP / REIPPPP)
  • Experience managing off-taker and project finance-linked agreements
