COLLEGE SENIOR MATHEMATICS TEACHER

The school is seeking to appoint a:

COLLEGE SENIOR MATHEMATICS TEACHER

The successful candidate will:

• have the innate ability to connect with children;
• be passionate about Mathematics and have an active interest in innovative approaches to the teaching and learning of Mathematics;
• have experience of teaching the IEB Mathematics curriculum to Grade 12 level - this is a minimum requirement of this position. Having marked IEB examinations and/or having taught Further Studies Mathematics will be an added advantage;
• possess excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills;
• embrace technology to significantly enhance the learning experience;
• encourage student participation in Maths Olympiads and competitions;
• have appropriate teaching qualifications and a valid SACE certificate; and
• be willing to participate fully in the life of the school and in extra curricular activities.
