Job Description

Our client is seeking experienced, motivated, and target-driven Collection Administrators to join their growing team. If you enjoy working in a results-driven environment and have strong administrative capabilities, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments
  • Update and maintain accurate records on internal systems
  • Handle queries professionally and provide feedback timeously
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on collections progress
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve account issues
  • Ensure all documentation is organised and filed correctly
Requirements
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Fully computer literate.
  • 3-5 years' workplace experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English/ Afrikaans.
  • Valid driver's licence (advantageous, not compulsory).
