Key Responsibilities- Contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments
- Update and maintain accurate records on internal systems
- Handle queries professionally and provide feedback timeously
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on collections progress
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve account issues
- Ensure all documentation is organised and filed correctly
- Strong administration skills.
- Fully computer literate.
- 3-5 years' workplace experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English/ Afrikaans.
- Valid driver's licence (advantageous, not compulsory).
