Job Opening: Clinical Quality Assurance Agent

Location: South Africa, Remote (US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed quality assurance audits across clinical and operational processes
  • Review documentation, reports, and case materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards
  • Utilize QA audit tools and platforms (including CentralReach and Rethink) to evaluate performance and identify gaps
  • Interpret and apply healthcare regulations and standards across varying scenarios and cases
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Analyze data using Excel and other tools to track trends, identify risks, and support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality standards
  • Develop and refine QA processes, frameworks, and documentation
  • Translate complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Manage multiple audits and projects simultaneously using project management tools
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a QA, compliance, or audit-focused role (preferably within healthcare or ABA environments)
  • Proficiency in CentralReach, Rethink, Microsoft Office, and Excel
  • Experience with QA audit tools and project management platforms
  • Strong understanding of healthcare standards and ability to independently research and apply them
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify nuanced issues in audits and reviews
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex information across different scenarios
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
