As Client Services Manager, you'll be the trusted day-to-day point of contact for mid-market and enterprise technology clients - owning compliance, documentation, and service delivery while your Client Success Manager counterpart drives commercial growth. Two roles, one team, shared accountability.

How the Team WorksThe Client Services Manager and Client Success Manager operate as a paired unit on shared accounts. One drives growth; the other ensures flawless delivery. Both are client-facing - the difference is focus, not seniority.
What You'll Be Doing Compliance & Regulatory Oversight- Ensure all client shipments meet import and export regulations across relevant jurisdictions
- Stay ahead of compliance requirements and flag risks before they become problems
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for your client portfolio
- Build trust through accuracy, speed, and deep product knowledge
- Own customs documentation, shipping records, and compliance paperwork across your accounts
- The detail is your domain
- Identify, elevate, and resolve service issues in collaboration with Account Managers and the Compliance team
- Keep clients informed and confident throughout
- BCom, LLB, or equivalent professional degree (preferred)
- Strong academic record (matric certificate and university transcripts required)
- 2-3 years' experience in compliance, operations, or a client-facing role
- Exposure to international trade, logistics, or customs is advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail - you spot what others miss
- Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle competing priorities
