Job Description

Purpose of the job: To administer the despatch process which entails receiving, capturing of stock, printing of documentation, invoicing and various other admin tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving and capturing stock from bakeries
  • Data capture of all despatch administration
  • Process and capture invoices
  • Assist with customer complaints
  • Check physical stock against system stock and verify figures
  • Supervise staff
  • Check and verify physical stock against picking slips on trucks
  • Correct and accurate reporting
Qualification Requirements
  • Grade 12 (matric) certificate or equivalent
  • Computer literate
Experience Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in an FMCG environment
  • Organizational understanding
