Job Description
Purpose of the job: To administer the despatch process which entails receiving, capturing of stock, printing of documentation, invoicing and various other admin tasks.
Responsibilities- Receiving and capturing stock from bakeries
- Data capture of all despatch administration
- Process and capture invoices
- Assist with customer complaints
- Check physical stock against system stock and verify figures
- Supervise staff
- Check and verify physical stock against picking slips on trucks
- Correct and accurate reporting
- Grade 12 (matric) certificate or equivalent
- Computer literate
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in an FMCG environment
- Organizational understanding
- Business procedures, rules and processes
- In-house systems (DRM, GP2018)
- Accuracy/attention to detail
- Communication - written, verbal
- Numerical ability
