Back of House Specialist (Retail)

What you'll be doing:Help keep the store running like clockwork behind the scenes. You'll be the go-to for making sure stock is where it should be, deliveries get processed fast, and everything's neat, tidy, and safe.
Responsibilities- Plan and organise stocktakes bi yearly to keep things accurate and avoid shrinkage.
- Know what's selling (and what's not), and help plan the stockroom around that.
- Keep the back of house clean, organised, and safe at all times.
- Lead stockroom processes - fast, accurate, with stock protection in mind.
- Handle inventory movements between stores and warehouse accurately and on time.
- Make sure stockroom supplies are topped up and the area's always ready to work.
- Get deliveries processed quickly and keep the shop floor fully stocked.
- Experience in retail, fashion, footwear, or FMCG would be advantageous.
- Basic computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
