A company is seeking an experienced Civil Site Technician / Foreman / Supervisor to oversee civil construction activities, manage site teams, and ensure projects are completed according to specifications and timelines. The role includes supervising construction work, coordinating resources, and assisting with surveying and setting-out activities on site.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction supervision or foreman roles
• Proven experience managing teams on pipelines, earthworks, roads, and concrete works
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and SANS 1200 standards
• Basic civil surveying and setting-out skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff and site workers
• Ability to work under pressure and manage site operations effectively
• Valid Code EB driver's license
