We're growing our kitchen teams and are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join us across odd saint and Margo's.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef ready to take ownership of a section, contribute to a high performing kitchen team, and be part of two of Queenstown's most vibrant dining venues.
About the RoleAs a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering quality, consistency, and efficiency during service.
You will:
- Confidently run your own section during busy service periods.
- Maintain high food standards, presentation, and consistency in line with FHG expectations.
- Lead by example in preparation, organisation, and time management.
- Assist with training and supporting junior kitchen team members.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional kitchen culture.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health & safety standards are upheld at all times.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
Previous experience in a similar Chef de Partie role is required.
What We're Looking For- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience ready to step into the role.

- Reliability and clear communication.Ability to perform well under pressure in fast paced service environments.
