Job Description
Public Kitchen and Bar, Finz Seafood and Grill, and Bella Cucina are three magnificent restaurants in Queenstown, collectively known as Wai Hospitality Group.
We require multiple full-time permanent chef de partie's who genuinely care and want to join an amazing team to deliver memorable experiences for the guests.
Responsibilities- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes as per the restaurant's standards.
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- Prep lists and ordering.
- Aiming to achieve COG and wage targets.
- Training junior kitchen staff.
- Compliance with regulations.
- Communication with the kitchen and restaurant team, and wider Hospitality Group.
- Guest focused to nurture an excellent guest experience creating raving fans.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in kitchens or formal qualification with 1 year kitchen experience.
- $29.66 to $32 per hour, depending on experience
- Rostered day and evening shifts Monday to Sunday

Applicants should be able to commit to a minimum of 12 months and be a New Zealand citizen/resident or hold a valid work visa. We are however, an Accredited Employer and can offer visa support if required.
