This role requires a strong sales and account management background to support partner performance, governance, reporting, and enablement. The role ensures partner data accuracy, contract alignment, performance tracking, and effective communication across regions, enabling the CPP to run efficiently while supporting revenue growth and partner success. This role is a critical enabler of the Channel Partner Program's success. By combining strong sales experience with structured program administration, the Partner Program Administrator ensures partner performance, governance, and execution are aligned to Xylem's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and administer the Channel Partner Program framework, partner status, and segmentation • Support partner onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing engagement • Act as a commercial and operational support to account managers and sales teams • Ensure partner documentation, approvals, and records are complete and current Partner Portal Administration • Act as the primary administrator for the Partner Portal • Manage partner access, roles, and permissions • Support partners and sales teams with portal-related queries and enablement • Ensure partner profiles, certifications, and participation data are up to date Contract, Commercial & Compliance Support • Track partner contracts, amendments, and renewals • Support alignment between CPP status, commercial agreements, and partner scope • Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Sales on partner-related matters • Maintain audit-ready records and flag risks or gaps proactively Performance Tracking, Reporting & Sales Support • Track partner participation, revenue contribution, and pipeline performance • Support account managers with partner performance insights and reporting • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for leadership • Assist in identifying growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions Program Cadence & Coordination • Coordinate Annual Business Plans (ABPs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) • Prepare partner-facing and internal presentation materials • Track actions, commitments, and follow-ups with partners and sales teams • Support CPP refresh, enablement, and leadership alignment sessions Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales Operations, or a related field• 2-4 years' experience in Sales, Account Management, Partner Management, or Sales Operations • Strong understanding of indirect sales and channel partner models • Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable presenting to partners and internal stakeholders • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, CRM, dashboards) • Experience working in a matrix or multinational environment Personal Attributes • Commercially minded with a strong sales orientation • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills • Comfortable supporting senior leaders while engaging directly with partners • Able to manage confidential and sensitive commercial informationJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
