Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Change & Communications Specialist to support a large-scale change initiative. You will drive change adoption through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with organisational culture. The role involves working across multiple workstreams, creating impactful content, tracking actions, and supporting leaders and teams through change. Key Requirements:- 3-5 years' experience delivering culture change initiatives within Change Management and Communications.
- BCom Degree (or equivalent business qualification) required.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation experience
- Strong organisational and influencing capabilities
- Proficient inCanvaand Microsoft Teams.
- Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
