Job Description

A leading food service provider in South Africa is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all food service-related activities. Responsibilities include managing daily kitchen operations, implementing production processes, and managing food and labour costs. The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality, at least 3 years of progressive kitchen management experience, and knowledge of HACCP standards. Exceptional communication and people management skills are required.
