Job Description

We are seeking a Call Centre Agent / Driver for a permanent role based in Parktown North, Gauteng

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 with a proven track record in debt collections and at least three years of driving experience.
  • Looking for an individual who can bridge the gap between office-based strategy and field-based execution.
  • Due to navigating various locations, candidate must have strong route planning skills and the ability to use navigation technology effectively to optimize their daily schedules.
  • Must be a people person with active listening, persuasive/negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships even in challenging situations.
  • Should be well presented and possess emotional intelligence to handle sensitive conversations.

Salary: Market related
