Your Role: Key Responsibilities (High-Volume B2B Focus)As a Call Center Sales Agent, your primary focus will be B2B acquisition and you will be responsible for:
- High-Volume Outbound Calling: Executing 100-200 dials per day to US business owners.
- Pipeline Generation: Building instant rapport and qualifying prospects for Fundwell's financing products.
- Executive Engagement: Handling objections and positioning solutions in a professional, consultative manner.
- Data Integrity: Maintaining accurate records and tracking progress in the CRM system.
We are seeking proven performers with:
- 1+ Year Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, B2B, or cold calling.
- Impeccable US English Communication: Flawless, neutral, and clear English accent required to communicate professionally with US executives.
- High Drive: Proven ability to thrive in a demanding, target-driven, high-activity environment.
- Commitment: Must be committed to working US hours (2:00 PM - 12:00 AM SAST) on-site in Cape Town.
