Lead a team of skilled audit professionals and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality assurance projects. Your focus will be on managing workflows, maintaining quality standards, and developing your team's professional growth. You'll collaborate closely with European stakeholders to align on goals and ensure seamless execution of audit engagements.

Your day starts with a team check in to align on priorities and address any challenges. Together with colleagues, you review project timelines, tasks, and areas requiring special attention. Mid morning, you oversee the review of audit files, providing constructive feedback to team members and ensuring accuracy and quality. You also serve as the point of contact for clients, participating in virtual meetings to discuss audit progress and identify opportunities to add value. In the afternoon, you focus on team development-coaching team members on technical challenges and enhancing their skills. You also coordinate with European Audit Managers to align on deliverables and identify areas for process improvement. With the day wrapped up, you might head out for a relaxing evening walk or enjoy Cape Town's vibrant dining scene.

• Registered CA(SA)
• 5+ years of experience in assurance or audit roles
• Proven leadership experience, including team and project management
• A proactive, hands on approach and problem solving mindset
• Strong communication skills in English, preferably Afrikaans and the will to learn the Dutch language.
