POSITION STATEMENT

Facilities Business Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, and the overall performance of the business unit. This includes managing resources, driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning the unit's objectives with the broader goals of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee daily operations of the business unit
  • Manage staff, equipment, and financial resources effectively
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic initiatives
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Align unit objectives with broader organizational goals
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards
  • Build and manage vendor and contractor relationships
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
KPIs
  • Meet maintenance service levels and delivery timelines
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to standard
  • Maintain stock, fleet, financial, and OHS compliance
  • Control costs, margins, and overtime
  • Improve team productivity and operational efficiency

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
  • Financial acumen
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
