Minimum Requirements Matric (essential)1-3 years' store systems experience essentialPrevious experience in an administrative or support roleExposure to inventory managementSAP RE modules experience is essentialBI Analysis Competencies Good analytical and reporting capabilityHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyEffective planning and organisational skillsA proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetStrong business acumen with an understanding of retail operationsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work collaboratively while maintaining assertiveness and accountability Key Responsibilities Systems & Technical Support Provide telephonic and online SAP support to store usersTroubleshoot and resolve system-related queries efficientlyAct as the go-to expert for store applications and processes In-Store Enablement & Coaching Deliver on-the-ground support, coaching and guidance to store teamsBuild capability to ensure consistent execution of systems and processes Stock & Inventory Management Support stock take preparation, execution and reportingAssist with inventory-related processes including receiving, roster orders and reconciliationsEnsure timely resolution of inventory queries Reporting & Data Insights Generate and analyse operational reportsIdentify trends, highlight deviations and recommend corrective actionsDeliver accurate, timely and actionable insights to support decision-making Administration & Data Integrity Resolve administrative queries and provide practical solutionsMaintain high standards of data accuracy and integrityLiaise with the Data Management team to resolve data-related issues Store Support (new and closures) Assist with new store openings, ensuring systems and processes are correctly implemented from day oneProvide systems support during store closures Closing Date: 27 April 2026 If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
