A high-growth SaaS organisation is seeking a skilled Business Systems Engineer to design, build, and maintain the digital infrastructure required to support a scalable, world-class operation. This role is pivotal in transitioning business requirements into high-performing systems and automated workflows.

The successful candidate will go beyond traditional analysis, taking direct ownership of platform configuration, system integration, and data integrity to ensure seamless operations across sales, partnerships, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems Architecture & Deployment: Lead the selection, configuration, and administration of core operational platforms, including CRM, partner management tools, and support desk software.
• Workflow Engineering: Design and implement end-to-end automated processes for lead qualification, referral tracking, and stakeholder onboarding to eliminate manual inefficiencies.
• System Integration: Build and manage robust connections between platforms using native integrations, APIs, and automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
• Data Management: Define data structures and quality standards to ensure consistency and reliability across all internal systems, enabling accurate reporting for leadership.
• Technical Enablement: Partner with commercial and operational teams to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and functional system logic.
• Process Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and system maps to serve as the organisation's operational blueprint.
  

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a technical operations role, such as Systems Engineer, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Technical Business Analyst.
  
• Proven track record of implementing and administering a CRM from the ground up, including pipelines, data structures, and advanced reporting.
• Previous experience within a B2B SaaS, HealthTech, or MedTech environment.
  
• Familiarity with regulated industries and compliance-driven workflows.
  
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
  
• Basic data analysis skills or proficiency in SQL.
• Extensive experience in configuring SaaS platforms and designing cross-functional workflows.
  
• Practical knowledge of system integrations, webhooks, and automation platforms.
  
• Strong proficiency in process modelling tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
  
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business outcomes.
