Job Description

In this role, you will manage the BSG Exchange, ensuring a productive, safe, and brand-aligned in-person experience. A key focus is improving operational effectiveness through the use of technology, automation, and AI. Working in close partnership with People Effectiveness and Marketing, you will help deliver a seamless and consistent experience for staff, candidates, and clients. This role also oversees facilities, vendor management, readiness standards, and operational governance. The focus is not on executing front-line service tasks, but rather on setting standards, defining processes, and ensuring quality.

  • Eight years in operations or business support roles
  • Three to five years in office, facilities, or operational management
  • Vendor and budget ownership
  • Experience using technology, automation, or AI to improve processes
  • Experience in professional services preferred
