An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and ambitious Business Solutions Intern to join a dynamic team in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for a passionate individual who wants to gain hands on experience in sales and business development within the training and skills development sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and market skills development and training solutions to corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Conduct needs analyses and recommend tailored training solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and SETA compliance requirements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Matric.
  • National Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in Sales, ideally within training, development, or educational services.
  • Knowledge of SETA-accredited programmes and skills development legislation (Skills Development Act, BBBEE Codes).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel when required.
