We're looking for a driven, high-energy Call Centre Sales Agent to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you'll engage directly with US-based business owners, qualify opportunities, and guide them through the funding process in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
This is a high-performance sales floor where success comes down to energy, consistency, and the ability to handle high-volume outbound calls while confidently speaking to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities- Execute high-volume outbound cold calling (150-200+ dials daily) to engage potential business clients
- Confidently handle objections and maintain control of conversations with decision-makers
- Identify business needs quickly and position suitable funding solutions
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline through effective qualification and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems in real time
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or high-volume cold calling environments
- Excellent verbal communication with a clear, confident, neutral English accent
- Strong objection handling, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to consistently perform at 150-200+ dials per day in a fast-paced environment
- High energy, motivated, and resilient with the ability to maintain performance under pressure
- Exposure to UK or US markets is highly advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with accurate CRM and pipeline management
- Fully committed to on-site work and US-aligned hours
