About Customer Solutions Growth Regions DivisionThis team, alongside dealers, engages closely with customers to create, customize and adapt solutions to meet their needs by leveraging the extensive range of offerings available today across products and services, digital and technology, rental and used, and financing.
The division is regionally focused on Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japan), and Latin America (LATAM) and organized into three functional areas: Customer Facing, Customer Solutions and Business Enablers.
This role is part of the Customer Solutions team focused on designing and delivering solutions in the areas of product, services and technology.
Role DefinitionThe Business Development Representative - Structured Finance (Cashflow Solutions Representative) oversees a team focused on delivering retail financing solutions for customers and inventory financing options for dealers. This position collaborates with internal stakeholders and dealers to identify, propose, and implement tools, products, and strategies that strengthen cash flow capabilities. Responsibilities include developing customized solutions for emerging markets and managing the onboarding and execution of new cash flow initiatives to facilitate business growth.
What You Will Do- Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify and recommend appropriate retail financing products, tools, and services.
- Develop customized customer financing solutions for growth markets to drive business expansion.
- Monitor the effectiveness of retail and dealer inventory programs and recommend enhancements, tools, or procedural improvements as needed.
- Oversee the onboarding and implementation of customer and dealer new cash flow initiatives, ensuring smooth integration with current business practices.
- Provide guidance and training to both internal teams and external partners during rollout of new solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Finance, business administration, economics, or accounting degree or equivalent
- Minimum eight (8) years' practical experience in financial management; corporate finance is desired.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, mainly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good presentation skills, including verbal and written communication skills are desirable
- Strong planning and organizing skills: project leadership skills
Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Treasury Services: Knowledge of treasury services; ability to properly use treasury products and services and adopt business practices that are in use by banks, financial services institutions, major corporations, governments and other entities.
Treasury Management: Knowledge of the principles and methods of managing treasury; ability to use tools, techniques and processes to maximize the value of an organization's financial assets and revenue while minimizing risk.
Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/ service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

Additional Information- Onsite, five days a week in Kempton Park, Johannesburg.
