Do you have a drive for results and experience in the golf or hospitality industry?
Our client is looking for a Business Development Representative to generate and qualify leads, engage decision-makers, and book high-quality discovery meetings. You will focus on companies within these sectors, driving pipeline growth and setting up the sales team for success. This is a front-line growth role for someone who thrives on building connections and delivering results
What you'll do:- Outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Researching and targeting the right facilities
- Qualifying opportunities with intent
- Booking high-quality discovery calls
- Keeping CRM clean and commercial
- Have 1-3 years' B2B or SaaS sales experience
- Are confident speaking to business owners and managers
- Don't shy away from outbound
- Care about targets and results
- Want to grow into a senior sales role
- R18,000 - R25,000 basic
- Commission and incentives
- Hybrid working (Cape Town-based)
