We are looking for dynamic, results-driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our high-performing hub in Fourways. In this on-site role, you'll engage directly with US-based CEOs and executives, qualifying leads and fueling the growth of American entrepreneurs.
The "A-Team" Standard: RequirementsWe are looking for "Sales Athletes"-individuals with the stamina to handle the intensity of the US market.
- The 200-Dial Mindset: You are comfortable and proven in executing 150-200 outbound calls daily. You understand that consistency and grit are the keys to high performance and high earnings.
- Elite Communication: A flawless, neutral English accent is mandatory. You must have the confidence to hold high-authority, persuasive conversations with US-based executives.
- Sales DNA: 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment (Debt collection, B2B, or high-volume outbound). You don't just "talk"-you consult and influence.

- Competitive Base Salary: R120,000 - R180,000 Annual Base (R10k - R15k monthly, based on experience).
