Job Description

A boutique consulting firm specialising in high-end clientele is seeking a professional and results-oriented Business Development Coordinator. This 10-hour-per-week role is designed for a proactive administrative specialist who can manage the critical "top-of-funnel" activities that drive growth. Working closely with the consulting team, the successful candidate will ensure that prospect data is meticulously maintained, leads are accurately researched, and the outreach process is seamless. This position requires a high degree of professional polish and the ability to represent the firm effectively to sophisticated target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Research: Identify and research high-value prospects, sourcing accurate contact information and email addresses to build a robust business development pipeline.

CRM Management: Maintain and update Hubspot with all client interactions, target lists, and lead statuses to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.

Diary & Meeting Coordination: Proactively manage schedules and coordinate meeting requests between the consulting team and prospective clients.

Outreach Support: Assist in managing business development workflows and follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed.

Administrative Excellence: Ensure all records of client interactions are professional, detailed, and aligned with the firm's high standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in a business development support, sales administration, or lead generation role.

Strong administrative background with an emphasis on accuracy and record-keeping.

Experience working within a professional services or consulting environment, ideally dealing with high-end or corporate clientele.

Self-motivated and able to work independently within a 10-hour weekly allocation.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in market research or "deep-dive" prospecting.

Previous exposure to the consulting industry or high-value B2B sales cycles.

Required Software Skills

Google Workspace (Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail)

Proficiency in digital research tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
