Business Analyst (Digital Wallet) - Banking (Contract)

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in banking and digital wallet experience? Do you excel in analyzing and documenting business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of banking systems and processes? We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver innovative solutions in the banking sector.

You'll collaborate closely with the project lead and various stakeholders to identify pain points, streamline processes, and implement innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• In-depth Analysis: Partner with stakeholders across front-office and back-office operations to understand current onboarding procedures, identify bottlenecks, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Process Optimization: Utilize your analytical skills to map existing onboarding workflows, highlighting inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
• Solution Design: Work collaboratively with the project team to design and implement improved onboarding experiences that incorporate industry best practices and cutting edge solutions.
• Data Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics to assess onboarding metrics, gauge customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement. Use these insights to advocate for data driven process enhancements.
• Clear Documentation: Draft and maintain a comprehensive Business Requirements Document (BRD) that clearly outlines the needs, objectives, and specifications for the revamped onboarding experience. Regularly update the BRD based on stakeholder feedback and project developments.
• Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across IT, operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure a collaborative and unified approach to solution development and deployment.
• Prototyping & Refinement: Develop prototypes of the new onboarding process, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate on the design to achieve optimal results.
• Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain detailed functional and technical specification documents that complement the BRD, ensuring all project members possess a clear understanding of requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field (additional qualifications or certifications a plus).
• Senior Business Analyst experience with a proven track record in the Digital Wallet industry.
• Prior experience within the banking sector and knowledge of onboarding frameworks.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools, process mapping applications, and data analytics software.
• Mastery of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
• A strong understanding of the end-to-end payments ecosystem (retailers, digital payments, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.) is highly desirable.
