Our client who owns a large portfolio of properties in Port Elizabeth is seeking an experienced Building / Maintenance Supervisor to join their dynamic team.
10+ Years' experience in Building / Maintenance / Construction secures.

Requirements- 10+ Years' experience in Building / Maintenance / Construction / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in managing a team, and knowledge of the relevant HR policies and procedures.
- Knowledgeable of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to plan and monitor budgets.
- Computer Literate.
- Responsible for the management, maintenance, and upgrading of all the facilities, property, and infrastructure.
- Compile annual Maintenance Plan.
- Manage a team of people, including contractors.
- Plan and monitor budgets.
- Health & Safety.
