Requirements
  • 10+ Years' experience in Building / Maintenance / Construction / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in managing a team, and knowledge of the relevant HR policies and procedures.
  • Knowledgeable of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to plan and monitor budgets.
  • Computer Literate.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the management, maintenance, and upgrading of all the facilities, property, and infrastructure.
  • Compile annual Maintenance Plan.
  • Manage a team of people, including contractors.
  • Plan and monitor budgets.
  • Health & Safety.
